Foods helpful for healthy tan

Do you know that healthy and fast tanning is directly related to the food you eat? It is very important not to lose the elasticity and radiance of your skin and to provide a permanent tan in a slow way while trying to be bronze. Your food will benefit you a lot on your appointment with the sun.

Sun’s infra-red rays trigger the production of melanin, the skin pigment, and provide skin tan. But over time they also cause the free radicals in the upper layers of the skin to increase. This can cause premature aging of the skin or skin cancer risk. It is necessary to consume enough antioxidant vitamins in order to reduce the most damage caused by free radicals and to create a shield against them. This wonderful vitamin is the triple vitamins A, vitamins C and E. They provide the body with strong antioxidant, selenium, beta-carotene and provitamin A on the skin. These vitamins enable your organism to be stronger, your skin to have better protection from the sun’s rays and to be slightly colored in the right way.

Fresh summer fruits and vegetables contain vitamin C and beta-carotene. Consume raw fruits or fruit juice in order to gain maximum benefit from these. Strawberries, peppers, tomatoes and cress are vitamin C sources while beta-carotene is mostly found in mango, apricot, melon, watermelon, carrot, peach and cress.

Vitamin A sources are liver, egg yolk, fatty fish, butter and cheese. Of course, consumption of these foods should not be exaggerated. Vitamin E sources are fresh vegetables and vegetable oils (especially corn and lunar flowers). Eat these oils regularly and consume them in your salads. Seafood, fish, mushrooms, grains, garlic and water are the basic selenium sources.

When you expose to the sun too much, the fatty acids in the skin cells of the skin are damaged, your skin loses its elasticity and remains waterless. In order to prevent this and restore the need for the skin, it is first necessary to consume enough water. An average of two liters of water a day must be drunk. You can drink spring water, fountain or bottled water unless it is sweet.

It is also necessary to get enough fat in the body while feeding. The healthiest way to do this is to consume fatty fish which are rich in alpha-linolinic fatty acids, as they are from vegetable fats and the omega-3 family. One to two tablespoons of walnut or soybean oil a day or a portion of fatty fish, like salmon, sardines, tuna, and mackerel, is sufficient.

Remember that nicotine and alcohol are the enemies of skin health. They make the skin vulnerable to wear and tear.

Despite the fact that we are constantly warned about the damage of the sun’s rays, we cannot give up spending hours under the sun for a beatiful summer tanning.  None of us want to miss bronze beauty. But the scrutiny of the ozone layer requires us to remember that more of the sun’s harmful direction. For this reason, it is best to go out to the sun shortly and not to burn too much.
