What is Candida fungus?

Candida fungus, which is a type of fungus that grows in the body, is as useful as any organism. Well what is Candida fungus and when is it dangerous?

Candida fungus, a type of fungus that grows in the body, is found in every part of the body that has mucous membranes such as intestines, eyes, ears, bladder, stomach, and vagina.

As useful as any organism found in our bodies, the main task of the Candida fungus is to destroy the harmful bacteria; however it must not proliferate and get out of control. Because, when Candida fungus multiplies, all parts of our bodies, both inside and outside, react to it. If the candida fungus gets out of control, our bodies show symptoms such as various muscle, bone and organ pain, fungus problems, eczema, brain damage, and even mental depression and migraine.

A healthy immune system can easily balance the bacteria in the body and the microorganisms in the mucosa. However, in some cases this balance is disrupted.

There are some factors triggering Candida fungus. Excessive carbohydrate and sugar consumption, excessive use of antibiotics, excessive yeast food consumption, having a stressful life, problems in the immune system.

How can we test the candida fungus found in our bodies? First of all, you should consult your doctor to get a more accurate result. However, you can do a simple test yourself. Fill a glass of water and spit in it when you get up in the morning. Observe the glass for 1 hour by looking at it every 15 minutes. If you see the fringes on your spit, you may have Candida fungus problems.

What you need to do to balance the candida fungus level in your body? Start with stopping to consume sugar and carbohydrate foods. Use fungicidal natural products. Use more probiotics. Take care of your liver. Eat organic food.
